My friends ask me "You are so busy, how do you find time to work out?? My answer "do you ever forget to drink water?. For me, working out is as important as drinking water. Sometimes is annoying, painful, frustrating.. I know!!.. But I have the habit to do it, so I naturally expect it without thinking twice about it. It's all about creating the routine.
I have the habit to push my body, to read books, to challenge my curiosity and I'll do anything to make it happen, everyday.
The key is "build an exciting routine".
You drink water because you need it to survive. You can also create habits that can make you feel incredibly fulfilled. You are basically adding water to your life. Start now! #thisishappening
